We bring client visions to life through spatial design, digital integration, bespoke fabrication, and end-to-end project management for brands like Uber, Disney, and Volvo.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of creative brand experience and event projects. This role also includes an account management element, ensuring strong client relationships and clear communication throughout each project. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth delivery from brief to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from concept to completion.Build and maintain project schedules and budgets.Coordinate internal teams, clients, and suppliers.Provide ongoing client communication and account support.Oversee logistics, procurement, and on-site delivery.Maintain high quality standards and manage risks.QualificationsProven project management experience, ideally in events, brand experience, or creative production.Strong skills in scheduling, logistics, resource planning, and budget management.Confident client communicator with account management experience.Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.Knowledge of creative and production processes is a plus.
