This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional who thrives working autonomously in a remote environment.Project manager will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships with confidence and precision. This role suits a Project Manager with a proven track record in the leisure and sports sector, large commercial schemes, regeneration projects, central and local government programmes, cultural and heritage developments who can work independently, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively across distributed teams.Project Manager DutiesManage end-to-end project delivery for leisure, sport centre and stadium schemesLead planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation with minimal supervisionCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure project milestones are metMonitor project performance, identify risks and implement solutions proactivelyMaintain detailed project documentation and reportingBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersWork autonomously to drive projects forward in a remote working environment What We're Looking ForProven experience managing leisure, sport centre, stadium or similar hospitality/recreation development projectsTrack record of delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong organisational and time management skills with ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency with project management software and Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and prioritiesProblem-solving mindset with sound commercial judgmentDegree educated with 2:1 or above in a construction-related discipline (Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field)Master's degree preferred where heldWhat You'll GetCompetitive salary reflecting experience: £40,000 - £55,000 (£60,000 for senior candidates)Fully remote role with flexible home office setupAutonomous working culture that values results and independenceOpportunity to work on significant leisure and sports sector projectsProfessional development and progression opportunitiesHow to ApplyIf you're a skilled Project Manager looking for a remote role where you can make a real impact on exciting leisure and sports developments, we'd love to hear from you.
