In this role, you’ll drive alignment, structure, and delivery excellence across cross-functional initiatives — ensuring every project runs on time, on scope, and with measurable impact.🧭 What You’ll Do You’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating key initiatives across departments such as Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Sales. You will: ● Lead and manage initiatives / projects from planning to execution, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables. ● Build structured project plans and governance frameworks to track milestones and dependencies across global teams. ● Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of risks or blockers. ● Monitor project performance and proactively drive corrective actions when needed. ● Standardize documentation and reporting to improve clarity, accountability, and cross-team efficiency. ● Partner with department heads and leadership to align resources, timelines, and priorities across projects. ● Promote a culture of ownership, structure, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced remote environment. ● As this is a newly created role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our project management framework — leveraging your experience to design and implement structures that best fit Source86’s fast-growing, global environment.🎯 What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative leader who thrives in driving clarity and execution in a global, fast-moving environment.Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field. ● 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in supply chain, operations, or process management. ● Strong understanding of project management methodologies ● Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. ● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management ability across global teams. ● Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar). ● A proactive self-starter with accountability, attention to detail, and discipline to thrive in a remote environment. ● Passionate about process improvement and driving measurable business results.💡 Why Join Source86 You’ll be part of a global startup redefining how food moves around the world.
