Overall purpose of the job: The overall purpose of this position is to Project Manage and oversee the Security Alarm System rollout and integration of a national multi-site project. The Project Manager will manage all planning scheduling, co-ordination, material and resource planning, and documentation to complete project within specified costs, timeframes and quality. It will be required of the incumbent within the position to collaborate and communicate with all role players within multiple matrix organisations to ensure teamwork and achievement of objectives of teams and client to ensure all Installation requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage project budgets.Manage the project scope.Scope the project required skills for to execute.Assign resources, internal and external to project.Develop a work break down structure for each resource and tasks.Define required results of project.Detail planned project costs.Manage project risk register.Execute projects.Manage quality and standards in project execution.Update project plans and progress.Communicate project portfolio progress to the business.Generate Project completion documentation.Handover completed project to the business with all relevant documentation.Minimum Qualifications And ExperienceProject Management qualification essentialMinimum 5-10 years’ experience managing large rollout projectsMatric (minimum requirement), tertiary qualification preferredTechnical experience in Security Alarms and/or related preferredPeople management experience at various levelsComputer Literate (MS office, email, Internet- essential)Role requires flexible or extended hoursOwn TransportSkills And Attributes Business / Project Financial AcumenStrong written and verbal communication skillsVery good presentation skillsDrive for resultsAbility to communicate at all levelsDevelops and Inspires OthersBalances Immediate and Long-Term PrioritiesStrong administration skillsManaging DiversityVery good planning skillsTime managementAttention to Detail (quality)We reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
