We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - 12 month contract to lead high-impact projects that integrate business objectives with IT solutions, shaping the future of digital transformation across our organization.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple business and technology domains, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver solutions that truly make a difference.What You’ll DoLead End-to-End Project DeliveryTake ownership of IT and business projects from conception to delivery.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and IT teams.Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.Facilitate clear and effective communication between business users, developers, and vendors.Ensure projects align with business strategy, operational processes, and compliance requirements.Track and report solution performance with relevant metrics.Engage and Influence StakeholdersCollaborate with business leaders, compliance teams, IT, sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure project objectives meet business needs.Build trusted relationships across departments to drive project success.Drive Technology IntegrationSupport end-to-end technology solution integration, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and IT delivery.Governance, Risk & ReportingMaintain comprehensive project documentation, track milestones, and report progress to steering committees.Identify, assess, and help mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.Contribute to the development of business metrics to measure project performance.Flexible Delivery & Continuous ImprovementApply the right delivery methodology for each project, from traditional Waterfall to Agile and SAFe frameworks.Champion process optimization and support digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and innovation.What We’re Looking For8- 10 years’ experience managing cross-functional IT projects, in Telco or Financial Services (Non-Negotiable).
