The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Fintech and ICT services, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing service operations, maintaining service-level agreements, and collaborating with clients to identify improvements. The role will require close coordination with internal teams to drive efficiency and a focus on exceptional customer service.QualificationsFintech and Payments industry operational experience of over 5-yearsExperience in Service Delivery Management, including oversight of end-to-end ICT service delivery processesStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Service Delivery, ensuring alignment of services with client expectationsProficiency in ICT Service Management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, DevOps)Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills to foster positive client relationshipsProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to mitigating risks and addressing challengesStrong organizational and project management skillsBachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a relevant fieldExperience within the fintech industry is an advantage
