The company is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client facilities across healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedule, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders.Build and lead project teams, assign tasks, and maintain accountability across functional groups.Estimate, track, and control project costs; allocate necessary manpower and tools.Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.Serve as liaison among clients, executives, vendors, and team members; provide timely status updates and maintain transparency.Track milestones, adjust project plans as needed, and prepare detailed progress reports.Handle procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor performance oversight.Facilitate project handover, document outcomes, evaluate performance, and identify areas for process improvement.Education and Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical) Engineering.Experience: 15 years in managing projects end-to-end; government or sector-specific experience may be required.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance regulations (e.g., health, safety, permits) is beneficial.
