This role is central to our organization’s growth, ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget, while directly supporting the company’s most critical priorities into actionable outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, the Project Manager will transform strategic objectives into tangible results that shape the future of our business.As a Project Manager, you will:Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects across the organisation, ensuring alignment with company priorities and strategic objectives in close collaboration with senior management;Design, develop, and manage comprehensive program and project plans, defining tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in accordance with project management best practices;Translate strategic vision in actionable plans by clearly communicating objectives, requirements and expectations to stakeholders;Foster strong collaboration with top management, key stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams throughout the project lifecycle;Act as the primary point of contact during project implementation, coordinating all project activities and ensuring alignment among stakeholders and fulfillment teams;Monitor and report on project status, risks, issues, and adjustments, providing consistent updates to stakeholders and top management;Proactively manage risks, resolve challenges and support decision-making to ensure successful project delivery;Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives, ensuring proper documentation, capturing lessons learned;Drive the establishment of practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to strengthen project management capabilities across the organisation;Serve as a project management expert and trusted advisor within the company, guiding teams and stakeholders toward success.What you'll bring:5-7 years of proven experience in project management or in roles overseeing team delivery flow, ensuring timely and accurate execution while maintaining inter-team alignment;Previous experience in online gaming industry will be considered an advantage;Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders toward project success;Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, learn quickly, and use analytical thinking to deliver high-quality outcomes;Goal-driven mindset, with an entrepreneurial approach, and able to work independently or as a part of a team;Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus;Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking;Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence in engaging top management and key stakeholders;Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.Stoiximan Perks💸 Competitive pay and bonus scheme;⚕️ Private health insurance for you and your family;💰 Monthly meal allowance;⭐Developmental 360° feedback framework;📚 Unlimited access to Udemy & continuous training;🏃 A buddy will support you with your onboarding.
