As a team, we stay agile and customer-focused, committed to delivering innovative solutions that create value for our people and clients alike.As a Project Manager (PMO - Telecom & Technology Projects) youwill oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.Initially, the focus will be on managing a major OTDR rollout initiative for fiber network testing and monitoring. Over time, the role will expand to cover a broader portfolio of projects involving IoT systems, software integration, energy optimization, and smart infrastructure deployments.The position requires a blend of technical understanding, organizational skills, and stakeholder coordination, making it ideal for an engineer with a strong delivery mindset and passion for technology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of telecom and digital infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and quality objectivesInitially manage the OTDR rollout project, coordinating field, NOC, and integration teams to achieve milestonesPlan and monitor project activities using standard PMO tools and frameworks (schedules, risk registers, KPIs)Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth executionManage budget control, resource planning, and procurement tracking across assigned projectsOversee project documentation, reporting, and client communicationsEnsure compliance with project governance, standards, and quality controlSupport the continuous improvement of PMO processes and contribute to digital project reporting systemsProvide input into bids, proposals, and new project planning when neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering (required)5-7 years of experience in project management in a technical or engineering environmentProficiency in PM tools like MS Project, Jira, or AsanaFamiliarity with engineering workflows and acceptance testingStrong analytical skills in reporting, cost control, and risk assessmentExcellent communication, organizational and leadership skillsProactive problem-solving ability with attention to detailFluency in Greek and English (oral and written)What Will Help You Stand Out:Master's degree in Project Management, Telecoms, or related field, or Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
