We’re building a product that feels like a calmer, kinder alternative to noisy matrimony apps – for singles and their families.We’re now looking for a Project Manager to keep our product, marketing, and operations moving in sync as we gear up for launch and scale.What you’ll ownEnd-to-end project delivery for key initiatives across product, design, engineering, and marketingTurn high-level goals (e.g. “launch waitlist v2”, “improve onboarding funnel”) into clear project plans, milestones, and deadlinesRun weekly sprint / check-in rituals – standups, tracking boards, follow-ups, risk flagsCoordinate with founders, designers, engineers, and content/marketing to ensure everyone is aligned on scope and timelinesCreate and maintain project documentation in tools like Notion/Jira/Trello (requirements, decisions, status updates)Track dependencies, blockers, and risks; proactively propose options to unblockPartner with founders on launch calendars (feature launches, campaigns, experiments) and keep all stakeholders updatedWork with QA / testing to make sure what we ship is stable, on-brief, and ready for usersHelp measure impact post-launch (using analytics, feedback, and basic dashboards) and feed learning back into the roadmapYou’re a great fit if youHave 3–6 years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Lead / Program Coordinator in a product or tech-first environmentAre comfortable working in early-stage startup chaos – ambiguous inputs, tight timelines, quick decisionsCan break down fuzzy ideas into clear tasks, owners, and datesCommunicate clearly with both tech and non-tech folks; you’re not shy about following upAre organised, detail-oriented, and love clean boards, updated docs, and no loose endsHave experience with tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similarCare about user experience, safety, and empathy – especially in social / dating / matrimony contextsBonus points if you:Have worked on consumer apps (social, community, fintech, dating/matrimony, etc.)Have experience coordinating remote teams across time zonesEnjoy thinking about Indian shaadi culture, families, and how tech can make it kinderWhy join usWork directly with the founders on a zero-to-one product in a large, emotional, and very real Indian marketOwn meaningful projects that directly shape the launch and early growth of SwayamWhereRemote-first, outcome-focused culture with a lot of autonomy and trustChance to build something that actually impacts how Indians find partners – safer, calmer, and more respectful
