With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs.Role OverviewAs part of a global ERP transformation program (Dynamics AX → SAP S/4HANA & Ariba), we are looking for an experienced Functional Project Manager with strong expertise in training coordination.The consultant will work on the Core Model and pilot subsidiary, with potential extension for subsequent rollout waves.Main responsibilities:Manage and monitor the training workstream (planning, tracking, KPIs, reporting)Coordinate the development of training materials (storyboards, role-based learning paths)Organize training logistics and delivery across local and global teamsAssess end-user adoption and update materials during hypercareCollaborate closely with integrators and internal project teamsFull-time, 6-month assignment starting January 2026.Contracting model. Fully remote role.RequirementsProven experience in project management within international ERP deployment contexts (SAP preferred)Strong background in training delivery, change management, and cross-functional coordinationFamiliarity with training tools (SAP Enable Now, WalkMe is a plus)Fluent English required (Portuguese would be a plus)
