Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead and deliver high-impact projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, and expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools and professional certification (PMP or equivalent) are essential.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management — from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.Coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities from UAE (especially Dubai), ensuring alignment and compliance with project requirements.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth execution.Oversee vendor and third-party performance, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.Drive Agile/Scrum processes and ensure best practices are followed to deliver continuous value.Prepare and present regular project reports, dashboards, and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders.Ensure project documentation, governance, and change management processes are effectively maintained.Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
