Job DescriptionPosition : Home Automation Projects Manager ( KNX Certified )Location: DubaiKey Responsibilities:● Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the entire installation process forsmart home automation, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the client'ssatisfaction.● Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providingguidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence tocompany standards.● Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during theinstallation process, addressing any concerns or questions and providing regularupdates on project progress.● Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in smart hometechnology and automation systems, ensuring the team is knowledgeable andcapable of installing and troubleshooting the latest products.● Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations,including project plans, client communications, and post-installation reports.● Compliance and Safety: Ensure all installations comply with relevant industrystandards, codes, and regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the team.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve installation processesand procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall clientsatisfaction.Qualifications:● At least 5 years of experience with a minimum of 1+ years of experience as Asst.Manager / Manager in the field of Automation execution, or luxury home solutionsexecutionComplete knowledge and understanding of KNX Systems● Handling a team of 5+ members● Dealing with various vendors/contractors● Interpersonal effectiveness, takes ownership, relationship skills, team managementKindly share your Resume at Hello@whizzhr.com
