Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll own and evolve the ecosystem of incoming integrations — SDKs, plugins, and third-party platform connectors that integrate into paytech. You’ll maintain a centralized inventory of all integrations, coordinate with product, engineering, and partner teams to prioritize new opportunities, and ensure compatibility, scalability, and lifecycle management. You’ll drive adoption and developer experience, monitor integration health, and help shape the strategy for seamless interoperability with partners worldwide. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Own and evolve the ecosystem of incoming integrations – SDKs, plugins, and third-party platform connectors that integrate into paytech.

✅ Maintain a centralized inventory of all incoming integrations, including metadata, versioning, usage metrics, and documentation. ✅ Coordinate with product, engineering, and partner teams to prioritize new inbound integration opportunities based on strategic and client value. ✅ Ensure compatibility, scalability, and lifecycle management of third-party integrations across our platform. ✅ Drive adoption and developer experience by improving onboarding, documentation, and usability of SDKs and integration points. ✅ Monitor integration health, gather feedback from partners, and oversee proactive maintenance or deprecation plans. ✅ Develop a deep understanding of external developer ecosystems and platform APIs (e. g.

, ecommerce plugins, CRMs, CMS integrations, analytics SDKs) to guide integration strategy and ensure seamless interoperability with paytech’s platform. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 3+ years in software project management (fintech, payments, or banking preferred). ✔️ Technical fluency – comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, and integration patterns. ✔️ Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc. ). ✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar tools. ✔️ Exceptional communication in English & Russian (both written and verbal). ✔️ Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. ✔️ Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels—internal teams and external partners.
