Project Method Manager

MissionThe Method Manager is responsible for defining, coordinating, and optimizing construction methods across all railway systems disciplines, including Power Supply, Catenary, Track Works, and Signalling. The role ensures that all construction activities are planned and executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project requirements and standards.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesDefine and standardize construction methods for Power, Catenary, Track Works, and SignallingCoordinate with the consortium Construction Manager to align on execution strategiesSupport the Project Manager in evaluating and onboarding subcontractorsEnsure constructability reviews are conducted, and feedback is integrated into designMonitor implementation of methods on site and propose improvementsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standardsProvide technical support to site teams during executionContribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiativesProfileEducational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 8–10 years of experience in railway infrastructure projectsProven experience in construction methods for Power, Catenary, Track, and Signalling systemsDesired Knowledge / ExperienceStrong understanding of railway construction standards and practicesExperience in reviewing Method Statements and Risk AssessmentsFamiliarity with safety regulations and quality management systemsExcellent coordination and communication skillsProficient in MS Office and project management toolsFluent in English; knowledge of local language is a plus
