Adecco Indonesia is currently representing a development finance institution, is seeking an experienced Project Officer (Green Financing) to support and expand its portfolio in Indonesia, focusing on green and sustainable finance initiatives across the banking, financial, and SOE sectors.The position plays a strategic role in managing ongoing projects, identifying new financing opportunities, and promoting sustainable financial practices in line with Indonesia’s green transition.Job ResponsibilitiesProject & Portfolio ManagementOversee the operational, financial, and technical monitoring of ongoing projects in the financial and SOE sectors.Manage project documentation, disbursements, and compliance with financing conditions and procurement regulations.Support due diligence, evaluation, and supervision missions from the head office and regional offices.Business Development & Project IdentificationIdentify and assess new project opportunities in banking, finance, and SOE reform areas.Conduct financial analyses and contribute to project appraisal and structuring processes.Prepare and review project proposals, notes, and related documentation for approval.Sector Research & StrategyConduct continuous monitoring of Indonesia’s financial sector developments, particularly in sustainable and green finance.Provide insights to strengthen the country and sectoral strategies.Contribute to visibility and communication activities in coordination with regional managementStakeholder & Partnership ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, central bank and regulators, SOEs, financial institutions, and development partners.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across regional offices and sector teams.Job Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally from a Big 4 firm (Advisory/Deals/Sustainability practice), development finance institution, or public sector advisory.Proven expertise in financial analysis, project appraisal, and stakeholder engagement.Familiarity with green finance frameworks, sustainable investment, or climate-related financial regulations is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently within a multicultural environmentIf you have a background in: Financial Services Advisory / Deal Advisory / Transaction Services, Sustainability / ESG Consulting / Climate Finance Advisory, Public Sector or Infrastructure Advisory
