Formulation Scientist

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Formulation Scientist at The New Laushine Official, located in Bogor. The Formulation Scientist will be responsible for researching and developing innovative formulations, conducting experiments, and evaluating the efficacy and safety of products. The role includes collaborating with other departments for technology transfer and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in optimizing formulas and delivering premium products that meet customer needs.QualificationsProficiency in Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and proceduresStrong capabilities in Research and Development (R&D), Research, and innovative problem solvingExpertise in Formulation development and an understanding of ingredient properties and interactionsExperience with Technology Transfer processes to support product scale-up and manufacturingKnowledge of regulatory compliance and global beauty and personal care trendsEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldPrevious experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus
