You will join a collaborative technical environment where planning, coordination, and engineering come together to deliver high-quality installations and long-term sustainable solutions.The RoleAs a Project Planner, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and planning of electrical or mechanical installation projects. You ensure that all technical and organizational aspects are arranged before and during execution.You act as a central point of contact between project stakeholders and make sure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and according to plan.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate the preparation and execution of electrical or mechanical installation projects.Collect, manage, and monitor technical documentation and installation information.Track the progress of work orders and project schedules.Ensure required materials and equipment are available on site on time.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.Monitor compliance with contractual agreements, safety regulations, and quality standards.Participate in technical discussions regarding improvement and sustainability projects.Identify opportunities to optimize processes and project execution.Your ProfileWe are looking for a professional who can maintain oversight while managing multiple project activities.Requirements:MBO or HBO level education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.At least 4 years of relevant experience in project planning, work preparation, or technical coordination.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.Experience working with contracts and technical project documentation.Fluency in English is a must.
