ABOUT TREADWELL GROUP:Treadwell is one of Australia's fastest-growing importers and distributors of engineered fibreglass or (FRP) product solutions and underfoot anti-slip and anti-fatigue solutions for the industry. Flexibility to work from home is also available after training.THE POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIESAt Treadwell, the Planning department is an integral part that transitions jobs from the Project Management phase to Production. We are looking for another superstar to join our Planning team. As a Planner, you will read drawings, set up jobs in our ERP system, liaise with clients and internal departments, and ensure production operations run smoothly, on time, and within budget.You will be reporting to the Lead Planner and will be responsible for, but not limited to:Planning and prioritising custom and complex projects to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay;Creating bills of materials (BOMs) within the ERP system (EPICOR);Planning production tasks and schedules according to customer orders;Preparing and submitting progress reports on current projects, including providing regular updates on project status to relevant parties;Monitoring interdepartmental processes to ensure that the final product meets the quality standards and customer specifications;Investigating production issues to analyse the cause and provide appropriate solutions;Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production;Liaising with our Supply Chain department to ensure we have sufficient inventory for required jobs;ABOUT YOU:Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;1-2 years of experience in Planning and/or Project Management;Demonstrated understanding of planning, scheduling and programming principles;Demonstrated experience using an ERP system, preferably EPICOR;Experience with ERP systems is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidates.Previous exposure to Primavera or MSP;Able to multitask well and remain calm and focused under pressure;Flexible with working hours and always meets deadlines.Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills;Good written and verbal communication skills;Valid work visa or permanent Australian work rights required;PERKS & BENEFITSFull training provided on Treadwell's products and processes;Excellent company culture;Monthly staff lunches upon reaching KPIs;Learning and development opportunities;Able to participate in the company's continuous improvement projects;Career progression;
