Job DescriptionScope of the roleThe project PMO supports the Project / Program Management teams to keep the project running as effectively as possible. They have the responsibility for timely reporting of financial aspects, help the PM in planning & monitoring, tracking of actions, signoffs, risks & issues, and be the custodian of project repository, standards, tools etc to ensure compliance and adherence. The detailed list of activities is depicted below.Financials:Track & Reporting on budget, milestones, revenue forecasting, invoicing, timesheetsPlanning:Update the project plan or collate inputs for the sameOnboarding & Offboarding of project team membersHelp facilitation of meetings & minutingGovernance:Preparation of internal (weekly & monthly status reports) & internal steercoTracking of project deliverables & acceptance certificates sign-offTrack actions related to risks, issues & change requestsSupport, track and record the using of re-usable assets and the harvesting of assetsWork closely with customer PMO organizations when needed, and interact with stakeholders at various levelsQuality Assurance:Proof reading of PM artefactsAssuring formatting/presentationTracking peer reviewsSupporting OSSA compliance (track team members OSSA certifications)Standards & Processes:Help setup standards, templates, tools, and procedures for smooth project deliveryEnsure all members of the project follow all relevant policies and procedures relating to the projectManage Project Repository/Collaboration PortalSetup and control of the project Library, Confluence and JiraWork on own initiative on a day-to-day basis, autonomously, escalating any issues that may arise to project management teamResponsibilitiesExperience & SkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related fieldMust have been playing a Project Manager or PMO role in IT companiesOracle Applications & Oracle Cloud Products based experience would be preferred2+ years of exclusive Project Management and/or PMO and related experiencePMI PMP or PRINCE2 certification desirableStrong Knowledge/Experience of Project Management Methodologies, systems & toolsHaving expertise & experience in Microsoft Project Plan (MSP) & JiraExposure/experience in Oracle related systems, tools & processes such as - GSOP, TCM, PFM, PEM, IP, Collab Portal would be an advantageWillingness to travel upto 25% of the time, to customer locationsAbility and experienced in preparing accurate weekly and monthly project status reports.Performing analysis & insights for Management reportingAbility to see through potential risks and issues with suitable mitigation plansCollaborative & Assertive; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with & influence both peer & senior level stakeholdersProven ability to standardize processes, compile & implement best practicesExcellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to work at both micro and macro levelsAbility to work independently, follow-up & get things doneMulti-tasker; be able to manage multiple projects in parallelSelf-motivated & Pro-activeKeen eye for detail and desire to probe further into dataExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in EnglishQualificationsCareer Level - IC2About UsAs a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
