SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP HCM Consultant Exp : min 5 yrs Job Location: Kochi, Kerela SAP SuccessFactors JOB DESCRIPTIONExperience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects ideally with AUS and PNG deployment experiencesMinimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementationsPrevious multiple countries payroll support and should be able to engage business for all day to day activites.Design, configure and maintain payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reportingConfigure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibility rulesLead and manage payroll workstream to contribute to the overall project successPayroll Integrations with S4(BIB), ATO and PTPExperience in configuring UI mashups,Experience in Payroll Control CenterExperience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint developmentUnderstanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time SheetsStrong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top ManagementExperience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.Knowledge on EC module is an added advantageExperince in Successfactors Integration CenterAbility to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines.Able to support other than JD tasksSAP HCM Consultant1.Should have worked on OM, PA2. The HCM expert should be able to drive implementation and roll out projects for multiple global entities 3. Should have good understanding of time management and payroll.4.Working knowledge of time and payroll schemas an added advantage 5. Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules like FI6. Mentors junior team members on technical/process areas
