Project/Program Manager - AI Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to lead two transformational digital initiatives:Re-development of the Enterprise Challenge Game - an interactive entrepreneurship simulation being rebuilt for modern, multi-platform learningAI-Enabled WhatsApp Learning Platform - an adaptive, chatbot-based learning tool integrating large language models (LLMs) to personalise youth learning journeys at scaleThis is a high-impact role for an experienced project leader who can bridge product, technology, and education, managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful digital innovation globally.RequirementsProgram LeadershipOversee end-to-end planning, design, development, and rollout of both the game and chatbot platformsDefine delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics across multiple geographiesLead agile sprints and manage cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and content specialistsStakeholder & Vendor ManagementCoordinate between internal teams, delivery partners, and external vendorsEngage with educators, mentors, and youth to ensure solutions are relevant, inclusive, and context-specificOversee budgets, contracts, and progress reporting for funders and governance boardsTechnical & Quality OversightCollaborate with product owners and architects to define requirements, test functionality, and maintain delivery qualityEnsure both solutions are accessible across devices, languages, and connectivity settingsManage risk, data protection, and ethical AI compliance throughout project lifecycleReporting & EvaluationProduce program dashboards or status reportsCapture learnings, best practices, and impact metrics to inform future phases and scale-upIdentify re-usable IPEssential10+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in edtech, digital learning, or social innovationProven track record managing end-to-end digital product builds (game, app, or AI/chatbot platforms)Strong understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning, and stakeholder managementExperience coordinating multi-country or multi-partner projectsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skillsWillingness to travel to multiple countries to conduct UAT sessions and scale the MVPDesirableExperience with educational games, AI chatbots, or LLM-based solutionsKnowledge of UX/UI, localisation, and accessibility best practicesFamiliarity with data integration, analytics, and impact reportingPrior experience with NGOs, international development, or social enterprisesThe candidate must have multiple years of experience in setting up, leading and successfully delivering digital transformation initiatives in a top tier Management Consulting firm.
