If you're motivated by purpose, impact, and working alongside driven and thoughtful people, you’ll feel right at home.Responsibilities:You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and the wider team to ensure everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes. Your work will touch all corners of the business, helping to free up time for senior colleagues to focus on client delivery and strategic thinking.Project SupportSet up and maintain projects on internal systems throughout their lifecycle.Coordinate project logistics and contribute to BAU and ad hoc reporting.Assist with key operational processes, including legal paperwork and time tracking.Ensure accuracy and organisation in all aspects of project administration.Team SupportProvide admin support to senior team members (including diary management, meeting prep, travel arrangements, and expenses).Liaise with the Office Manager to create a seamless experience for both team members and clients.Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and support international team needs as they arise.Step in to support other operations team members during periods of leave or peak times.RequirementsEssentialsYou love being part of a team and find real purpose in making others more effective.You’re proactive, adaptable, and always one step ahead.You have a natural ability to stay organised and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.You're a confident communicator — both written and verbal — and build positive relationships at all levels.You’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable learning new systems quickly.You’re numerate and confident working with data and figures (GCSE Maths A*-C or equivalent).You’re friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping people succeed.Nice to HaveExperience in a similar support role or within a corporate/professional services environment.Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Xero, or project management platforms.Previous exposure to a consulting or client-facing environment.Compensation and benefits:Competitive base salaryDiscretionary bonus o30 days of annual leave, plus bank holidaysPension with employer contribution matchingPrivate healthcare and life insuranceAccess to a wellbeing programme including Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)Learning & development budget to support your professional growth
