People Business Partner

A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a trusted, inclusive partner to business leaders. This role bridges the gap between strategy and day-to-day experience, empowering managers to lead with empathy, navigate challenges, and foster environments where every individual can thrive.We’re seeking someone who brings genuine passion to their work and channels that enthusiasm to inspire and motivate others. In this role, you will lead the embedding of significant organisational change, driving transformation in a way that is both impactful and inspirational.Key Responsibilities:Partner with managers to enable inclusive leadership, wellbeing, and high performanceWork closely with leaders across the business, building strong relationshipsProvide proactive, insight-led support across employee experience, engagement, and developmentTranslate strategic priorities into scalable, equitable people practicesSupport change management and culture initiativesCandidate Profile:Substantial experience in business partnering and employee experienceStrong people skills, able to build strong relationships (and evidence of this) at both leadership level and more broadly across the businessSkilled at coaching managers and navigating complex people challengesStrong communicator with a human-centred, improvement-driven mindsetCommercially aware and able to balance empathy with business outcomesRole Details:Reports into: Head of PeopleStart: NovemberSalary: £50 - 60k depending on experience Duration: 6 monthsLocation: Remote, hybrid optional
