They’re now looking for a Project Officer to join their team, leading on research, policy, and project delivery to support international and justice focused initiatives.💥 As a Project Officer, you will:Lead and deliver projects in areas such as global relations, equality, and communityConduct detailed research and analysis to inform policy development and decision-makingDraft reports and policy documents for senior leadership and governance groupsDevelop and evaluate new initiatives and support consultation processesCoordinate working groups and collaborative juetworksPlan and manage events, programmes, and campaigns promoting justice prioritiesMonitor budgets and project delivery timelinesSupport the team in advancing strategic objectives💥 What we’re looking for:Degree or equivalent professional experienceProven project management skills, from concept through to deliveryStrong research, writing, and policy development experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projectsConfident working independently and collaborativelyUnderstanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principlesA positive, flexible approach with a passion for social justice and global issues🌱 What’s on offer:£36,000 - £40,000 per annumFull-time, permanent contractHybrid working (2–3 days per week in London office)Pension scheme, flexitime, and season ticket loan after probationThe opportunity to work on projects with real social and global impact
