Excellent Opportunity for Project Reporting Analysts!Opportunity to work for a Victorian Government Client!!!Duration: 6-month contractWork Arrangement: HybridLocation: Melbourne CBDYour new roleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented tech and business-savvy Project Reporting Analyst to join our team for the service transformation project and act as a critical bridge between Technology Project Managers and Business Leadership.AccountabilitiesPrepare, consolidate, and deliver regular program and project governance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for the CEO, Program Board, and other senior stakeholders.Prepare and deliver reports on performance metrics, and other key indicators to stakeholders facilitating informed decision-making.Support Program Director in preparing packs, coordinating inputs, and tracking action items.Collaborate with project leadership to understand service transformation objectives and translate them into clear enablement plans.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to build capabilities aligned with new service models.Prepare and deliver reports on project budgets, performance metrics, and other key indicators to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team and projects.What you'll need to succeedDegree in Business, IT, Communications, Project Management, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.8+ years of experience in project governance, enablement, change management, or service management roles — preferably within transformation or digital initiatives.Strong knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and change management methodologies.Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive governance boards preferred.Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).Well verse with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, and ConfluenceProven ability to design and deliver effective training and communication programs.What you need to do nowIf this sounds like you, please click 'Apply Now', or please send your updated CV to Revathy.Prabulingam@hays.com.au
