Projects & Infrastructure Lawyers – NQ+An established top-tier Irish commercial law firm is expanding its Projects, Infrastructure & Energy (PIE) team and is seeking talented lawyers from 1 year PQE up to Senior Associate level to join its growing practice. The team advises on some of the largest infrastructure and energy projects in Ireland, working with leading public and private sector clients across transport, housing, energy, healthcare, utilities, and data centres.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team tackling some of Ireland’s most significant infrastructural challenges — from the energy transition to the housing crisis.The Opportunity:We’re looking for lawyers with an interest or experience in:Public Procurement LawConstruction LawInfrastructure, Renewable Energy and Technology ProjectsDispute avoidance and resolutionYou’ll have the chance to work alongside experienced partners and gain hands-on exposure to complex, high-value projects.Typical Work Includes:Public Procurement:Advising on all aspects of procurement law for public and private clientsSupporting public bodies on major procurement processes and tender documentationGuiding tenderers on bids and contract negotiationsAssisting with procurement challenges and enforcementStaying current with developments in procurement regulationConstruction:Advising clients through all stages of project deliveryDrafting and negotiating major project contracts (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)Advising on risk management, claims and dispute resolutionManaging disputes through adjudication, mediation, arbitration and court proceedingsStaying abreast of legal and regulatory developments in constructionAbout YouWe welcome applications from:Qualified solicitors with experience in Procurement and/or Construction lawNewly qualified lawyers with a genuine interest in these areasYou’ll bring:Strong academic backgroundExcellent drafting and technical skillsCommercial awareness and sound judgmentA proactive, organised and detail-oriented approachEnergy, enthusiasm and a collaborative mindsetWhy Join?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading, supportive team within a firm known for its growth, ambition and client-focused culture.
