Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants. Qualifications Proficiency in Consulting and Sales strategies to guide clients through property transactions effectivelyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, address concerns, and maintain client satisfactionIn-depth understanding and knowledge of the Real Estate market and property evaluation techniquesAbility to work independently, manage a portfolio of clients, and achieve performance-based targetsExperience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatoryProfessional certifications or a real estate license is an advantage
