Senior Property Consultant

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through property purchase, sale, or rental processes. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to determine their property needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on real estate market trends. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Responsibilities :Actively seek out new sales opportunities through fresh leads, networking, and social media.Manage more than one account(Indirect Sales and Direct Sales)Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.Conduct site visits and tours for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the development projects.Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of the development projects.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitors, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate information.Job Requirements :BA in Business Administration, Management or any related field.3–5 years of experience in sales in Real Estate Development is a must.Very good in Microsoft office.Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations.Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.Presentable, confident, flexible, self-motivated and a great team player.
