Proposal Coordinator

DescriptionPosition Summary: As a Proposal Coordinator you will work collaboratively with the Marketing and Business Development team, project managers, and principals. Your efforts will make a direct impact on ENGEO by helping to win new projects, develop budding offices and service lines, and strengthen client relationships. Your ability to think strategically and organize information will differentiate ENGEO’s proposals from those of our competitors.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development and submission of Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFIs) Work closely with Project Managers during the proposal process to produce winning proposals Database ManagementTrack, log, and follow up on opportunities and leadsMaintain accurate project, employee, and client data in CRM database (Deltek Vantagepoint)Coordinate with technical staff to update project recordsCoordinate, draft, and edit proposals and Statement of Qualification (SOQ) documents using word processing techniques (i.e. document formatting, spell check, adhering to brand standards)Facilitate go/no go decisions, strategy meetings, proposal kick-offs, and debrief meetings Conduct market research Perform other duties as requested RequirementsAll Candidate CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or other relevant field2-3 Years of proposal experience in the AEC consulting industryProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesignOutstanding communication (vocabulary, usage, structure, flow, grammar, punctuation) Attention to detail and process-orientedAble to meet tight deadlines, manage projects, and multitask Team player and can-do attitude Our Ideal Candidate Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)General understanding of the engineering and consulting industry (geotechnical, environmental, water resources, construction) Experience using Adobe InDesignBenefit HighlightsOur most important asset is our employees.
