You will feel at ease working both independently and alongside your team members and enjoy engaging with guests, helping them with any questions or requests they may have.Primary ResponsibilitiesEnsure the property always looks its best, inside and outEmbrace the cleaning challenge, sprucing up both indoor and outdoor public areas (including pool, gym and shared bathrooms) to meet our high cleanliness and presentation standardsExpertly handle specialised equipment and chemicals with safety in mindOffering help to guests with inquiries and security matters, and collaborating with different departments to accomplish tasksBe the eyes and ears for our maintenance and guest services teams, reporting any issues promptly, from maintenance problems, to damaged equipment and missing itemsSkills And ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role (as a cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant) is a plusYour communication style is warm and welcoming, making both guests and team members feel at easeYou have an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasksAdaptability and physical fitness to work in both internal and external environments, including staircases and uncovered areasYou enjoy collaborating with colleagues from various backgroundsReliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays Accor BenefitsALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
