Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchaser at Coastal Pointe Homes, located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Purchaser will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing materials and supplies, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery. Additional responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing market trends, and ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Qualifications Procurement and negotiation skills, including the ability to evaluate vendor bids and secure cost-effective agreementsInventory management and supply chain knowledgeStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectivelyAnalytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detailProficiency with relevant procurement software and toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining supplier relationshipsPrior experience in construction or homebuilding industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
