Purchaser & Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Strategic Purchaser & Operations Specialist to join our growing team in London and play a key role in managing procurement, supplier relations, and operational excellence across the defence and aerospace sector.This position combines strategic purchasing with hands-on operational coordination, offering exposure to global suppliers and major clients such as Leonardo S.p.A. and other leading aerospace organisations. Key Responsibilities· Procurement & Supplier Management – Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to ensure a competitive, reliable, and timely supply of core commodities.· Bid & Tender Coordination – Manage tender documentation, submissions, and deadlines across multiple client portals.· Operational Support – Collaborate with the Head of Operations to align procurement, expediting, logistics, and accounting activities.· Issue Resolution – Address challenges related to availability, certification, delivery, or export control by finding effective solutions.· Continuous Improvement – Contribute to process optimisation and data accuracy using ERP and digital tools.
