What You’ll DoOversee following up with samples to be sent and received on time Coordinate with photo/marketing team for required pictures Working closely with the buyers and Owned Brands product managerManaging the product seeding program through the different Owned BrandsSupport for Owned Brands buying presentationsTake pictures of all samples for each buyer to build the overview/catalogue for franchise buying showProvide business with strategies and information relevant to Owned Brands in collaboration/approval with the Lead OBResources for purchasing concerning Owned Brands requestsSell inventory through the system inventory directory as well as manage older inventory (discount) – virtually or physicallyProviding help for Set-up of the franchisees shows (if necessary)Build the integration file with the correct information given by the OB team (created class, color codes, sizing etc..)Making sure the overviews received by the OB team matches the integration filesSource of assistance for - analysts during busy periodsService to franchisees – Owned Brands claims/guaranteesOther tasks depending on the evolution of the private label portfolio to comeWhat You BringDEC in business administration or relevant education/experienceFully Bilingual (French and English)Autonomy, Authentic and Teamwork playerExcellent organizational skills, detail orientedRelationship building skills, outgoing and personableFlexibility needed for multi-task environment1-3 years of retail sales/service experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and decision-making skillsGeneral knowledge of sporting goods productsProficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Intuitive when difficult/contentious situations ariseAbout UsPart of the Canadian Tire family is Sports Experts.
