Employees in this role will have the opportunity to collaborate across all teams in the company to build out our continued success!Requirements: Someone who enjoys working directly with clients and being part of the customer-facing side of tech. An interest or background in IT — any experience here is a big plus. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Detail-oriented and able to catch the little things that matter. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills — whether on the phone or over email Able to juggle multiple tasks and take initiative when needed. Reliable, hardworking, and committed to doing great work. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others. Open to taking on new or unexpected tasks as they come up. Able to take direction, learn quickly, and work independently when needed.Expected Outcomes:A bit about the role: Handle hardware and software orders for both our team and our clients. Source and order the specific hardware client’s request. Stay in regular contact with clients to make sure we’re recommending the right products. Put together clear, detailed proposals for clients to review. Work with vendors to get the best possible pricing and product options. Coordinate shipping and delivery to make sure orders arrive on time and in good condition. Double-check deliveries to confirm everything matches what was ordered. Make sure purchased items get to the right departments and follow up on any pending or delayed orders. Write and send a variety of communications, including emails and client updates. Take ownership of your work and care about delivering quality results. Follow all company policies and best practices, including accurate time tracking.
