With our private factory, we guarantee superior product quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.Our company, with its trusted and exciting brands Hanasui and NCo, has built a strong following, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join us as we take the company to the next level.Position: Purchasing ManagerWork Location: Alam Sutera, TangerangJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ procurement experience in raw materials and packaging, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturingStrong understanding of strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost analyses, and contract negotiationStrong knowledge of raw-material specifications (e.g., active ingredients, preservatives, fragrances) and packaging components (e.g., bottles, jars, pumps, glass containers)Familiarity with import/export regulations, logistics, and local and international supplier managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented, analytical, and results-drivenProficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Job Responsibilities:Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials (e.g., active ingredients, solvents, emulsifiers) and packaging materials (e.g., plastic/glass containers, labels, closures) to support production and product development needsVendor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply, quality standards, and competitive pricingSupplier Qualification & Audit: Define supplier qualification criteria, conduct supplier audits (GMP/ISO 22716), and monitor CAPA to ensure sustained quality and complianceContract & Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, appropriate Incoterms, payment terms, and service level agreementsInventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product availability and service levelsRisk & Dual Sourcing: Mitigate supply risks through dual sourcing, lead-time optimization, safety-stock strategies, and business continuity planningCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Production, Finance, and Logistics teams to forecast demand, manage material planning, and ensure seamless procurement operationsCompliance & Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, BPOM/GMP, and ESG guidelines, mitigating risks and ensuring ethical sourcing practicesReporting & Analysis: Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance reviews, and cost analyses to support strategic decision-makingKPI Ownership: Deliver against procurement KPIs, including savings %, cost avoidance, OTD/OTIF, quality PPM, and payment-term improvementsTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor the procurement team to ensure performance, growth, and adherence to best practicesWhy Join Eka Jaya Group?At Eka Jaya Group, we empower our team members to learn, grow, and make an impact.
