Unlock your fullest potential with us!McDonald’s is the largest fast-food chain with over 40,000 employees serving Filipinos all over the Philippines, and we are continuously on the lookout for high-caliber talents to join our growing team!With us, working means an opportunity to grow with our limitless career opportunities, and experience an empowering, inclusive and safe work environment.What you will do:Oversee the entire procurement process, including proposal development, sourcing strategy, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.Develop and implement category planning activities for assigned commodities, specifically food and paper products used in restaurants.Lead sourcing activities such as supplier and supply mapping, commercial negotiations, forecasting and inventory management, risk mitigation and contingency planning, strategic supply capacity building, contract compliance, and supplier accreditation.Support cost-saving initiatives and manage supply for assigned commodities, while driving supply chain innovations for both new and existing products.Conduct regular business reviews to enhance vendor management activities by working closely with suppliers and service providers.Collect, process, and analyze data to create strategic insights for reports generation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage promotional items, oversee account management activities, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and address potential purchasing issues.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering.At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics.Must have an experience in handling food category.Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPointProven ability to correlate and quantify initiatives to trends, movements, and internal/external factors to drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements.Who you will work with:Be part of a lean but integral and vital team which ensures top-notch safety and quality of service.
