Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Officer in Dubai. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders and requisitions, and handling contract negotiations with suppliers. The role involves evaluating vendor performance, analyzing cost-effectiveness, managing inventory levels, and ensuring quality standards in procurement. Collaboration with internal departments to meet purchasing goals is a key aspect of this position. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions.Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms with suppliers.Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance, pricing, and quality metrics.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Familiarity with supply chain management tools and inventory systems is an advantage.Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Prior experience in procurement or purchasing roles, particularly in the lighting or electrical industry, is preferred.
