In Turkey since 1998, Weber is known for quality, innovation, and sustainable solutions across 7 plants and 7 regional offices.The Role:We’re looking for a Purchasing Responsible to manage purchasing processes, supplier relationships, and contract compliance within our portfolio. You’ll report to the Purchasing Manager and play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement, improving supplier quality, and supporting cross-department collaboration and operational excellence.What You’ll Do:Foster site compliance regarding purchasing strategy and procedures, Purchasing’s Internal Controls Reference Framework [ICRF], Gift Policy and Responsible Purchasing Programme.Supplier contract processes are managed according to company procedures.Improvements in the product and service quality of current suppliers are supported.Effective communication between suppliers and related departments is ensured, and regular feedback and documentation are provided.Cooperation between departments is encouraged to create synergy and increase efficiency and effectiveness.Regular reports on purchasing processes are prepared.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 3 years of experiencePreferably a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or ChemistryGood level of EnglishExperience with SAP (MM, PP modules)High Level of Microsoft Excel proficiency and reporting skillsCustomer-focused, strong communication skills and focused on achieving resultsWhy Join Weber:At Weber, you will have a key role in managing purchasing processes and supporting supplier relations.
