If you’re skilled in sourcing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance of food-grade ingredients, while also leading a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.What You'll DoPlan and manage the procurement of raw materials (RM), including beans, coconut oil, seasonings, and other food-grade ingredients.Build and maintain a qualified supplier base with proven track records in RM supply for food manufacturing.Evaluate suppliers against food safety standards and certifications (HACCP, BPOM, BRCGS, GMP, Halal).Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements specifically for RM purchasing to optimize cost and security of supply.Ensure raw material availability by monitoring RM inventory levels and forecasting demand with the Production Planning team.Collaborate closely with QA/QC for raw material inspection, compliance checks, and corrective action with suppliers when issues arise.Coordinate import of raw materials, ensuring all documentation complies with local and international regulations.Track and report RM purchasing KPIs such as lead time, supplier on-time delivery, and quality conformance.Resolve raw material-related issues such as shortages, delays, or non-compliance swiftly to prevent production downtime.Maintain updated records of raw material specifications, pricing history, and supplier performance.What You BringProven experience in raw material (RM) procurement within food manufacturing or FMCG.Strong knowledge of food-grade ingredients, packaging, and supplier qualification processes.Hands-on experience working with local and international RM suppliers.Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.Ability to align raw material purchasing with production planning and inventory control.Familiarity with ERP systems and RM inventory management tools.Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a purchasing team.Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in driving cost savings and supply security.How to ApplySend your CV + short cover letter to humanresources@mamame.co📧 Subject: Indonesia – PS – [Your Name]or https://bit.ly/44uRDUJ !!!
