You’ll focus on global operating model design, operations performance improvement strategy, enterprise-wide process improvement, operations excellence capability development, and Lean/Six Sigma talent and performance management. About the RoleS&Ops Consultants are expected to participate in the active growth of our Operational Consulting Practice with focus on vary industries.
Your role as a consultant / Senior Consultant will be to work closely with clients to improve and transform the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations and customer experience. You will be delivering complex solutions which can include but are not limited to:
Front-to-back office operation business analysis and business processes review, redesign and optimisation Transformational change , Establishment of Shared Services Centre and outsourcing function Enabling technology / digital implementationsWork closely with the engagement team, Manager and client representative to deliver the projectsAct as the daily contact point for the clientsAbout you Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situationsKnowledge of the key strategic business drivers, regulatory constraints and operational process requirements The ability to define a strategy, develop business cases and define the target operating model (organization design, customer experience, processes)Strong Microsoft Office skills:
MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, MS VisioStrong presentation skills and group facilitationDemonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff, manage project budgets and develop strong client relationshipsExcellent English and Thai written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate strong inter-personal skills and good communication skills, including the ability to document reports and conduct presentations for clients and key stakeholdersIt will be an added advantage if you have basic competency in the following:
Experience in operations excellence or Supply chain roles such as digital process optimisationExperience working in Big 4 Consulting firms Experience in Operations and Project Management officePrior project management experience
