We integrate with various platforms, offering actionable recommendations and automation to streamline marketing efforts.Job RoleWe are looking for a Python Developer with experience in data science and analytics to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining backend systems using Python, while also developing scalable data pipelines and contributing to data driven decision making. Familiarity with Google BigQuery or other cloud-based analytical platforms will be a strong plus for supporting large-scale data processing and reporting.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs that power our AI-driven conversion optimization platform.Develop scalable and efficient data pipelines to support analytics and user behavior tracking.Work with BigQuery and other analytical platforms to process, analyze, and visualize large datasets.Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning and AI/ML models into production.Ensure seamless integration with third-party platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.Optimize application performance, focusing on reliability, scalability, and security.Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve development practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in Python development.Experience in building and orchestrating multi-agent systems and agentic workflows using frameworks and technologies such as OpenAI Agents SDK and MCPs (Model Context Protocol), and related ecosystem tools.Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.Experience in data science workflows including data analysis, feature engineering, and model integration.Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery (or other cloud-based data warehouses) for analytics and reporting.Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend development best practices.Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with web analytics, data visualization, or AI/ML integrations is a strong plus.Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and deployment platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows.Knowledge in PHP, Laravel and server management is a strong advantage.
