We are offering an exciting opportunity for three motivated interns to join our engineering team and help develop next-generation AI voice automation tools.We are building an advanced AI voice agent capable of calling users, asking structured questions, and completing automated assessment workflows. This forms part of a larger enterprise platform built using FastAPI, containerised services, and AI-driven pipelines.If you are hungry to grow, eager to build real-world AI applications, and committed to a long-term career as a high-end developer, this internship is for you.What You'll Work On Developing backend microservices using Python & FastAPI Training and integrating AI/LLM components for real-time voice automation Building assessment workflows and APIs for the voice agent Working with: PostgreSQL (core database) Redis (queues, caching, session/state management) Docker (containerised local development) Cloud deployment pipelines (Railway, AWS, etc.) Implementing robust API design, modular architecture, and secure coding practices Participating in code reviews and daily development workflows with senior engineers What We Are Looking For Solid proficiency in Python Hands-on experience with FastAPI (or willingness to transition from Flask/Django) Strong interest in AI/LLM development (training, inference, or prompt-based systems) Basic understanding of: RESTful API design Async Python Git/GitHub workflows PostgreSQL fundamentals High integrity, strong work ethic, and ambition to become a top-tier developer Fast learner with good problem-solving ability No professional experience required — passion and attitude matter most.
