QA Analyst

Manual Web application testing experience, preferred Salesforce based application test-ing Analyse business requirements, user stories through formal or informal reviews to determine System Test criteria and govern the approach to the test effort required Create test scenarios, test scripts, expected results and conduct execute testing according to the Test Plan Test Strategy Perform test execution, either independently or in partner-ship with various practitioners business representatives3rd party resourcesContribute to the maintenance of test artefacts including status reports as required by our delivery methodology Help plan and estimate work specific to quality management needs Adhere to and participate in defect management controls, including the analyst amp determining priority of defects Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with the project team and peer groupsPerform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations for improvement Ensure quality assurance processes, practices, and tools are known and followed Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, performance or automation testing based on industry best practices SkillsUniversity Degree (prefera-bly in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experi-ence)Experience Agile project Execution Methodology Basic knowledge of RDMS data-base and SQL Effective communicator Good to have experience in Test Automation tools like Selenium amp QTP UFT AccelQ, etc.
