QA Data Engineer - Data Validation

Job Summary – QA Data Engineer (Data Validation) Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, data validation, or similar technical roles, with a strong track record as a senior individual contributor. Lead and execute data validation efforts for data pipelines, APIs, and analytics workflows within CI/CD environments. Develop and implement automated testing solutions using SQL, Python, and test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, WebdriverIO, Mocha). Design and manage QA dashboards and data visualization tools, such as Tableau and OpenSearch. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues, applying strong problem-solving skills and communicating results in business-friendly language. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing peers and leading initiatives without formal authority. Test and validate data across multiple connected devices/platforms (iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, SamsungTV) as needed. Utilize Git, YAML, and data governance frameworks in daily work. Apply or gain experience with AI/ML-based validation and automation tools. Demonstrate interest in leadership development and mentoring, with aspirations to grow into a management role.
