QA Data Governance Specialist

General Information:Start Date: asap Planned Employment Duration: until 31.12.2026 contract with the possibility of extensionWorkplace: Schaffhausen Workload: 100% Home Office: possible, to be discussedWorking Hours: Standard About the job: The QA Data Governance Specialist will be responsible to support the Data governance program and will be part as an SME for the QA Oversight of Data integrity roadmap.This role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards while driving continuous improvement in data governance processes.Tasks & responsibilities: Support the development and execution of the Data Governance Roadmap in alignment with site aspects.Act as Quality SME for Data Integrity, ensuring adherence to GxP and data governance principlesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (lab and manufacturing) to define and implement continuous improvement .Provide in-house training (German and English) and guidance on data integrity and Good documentation practicesMonitor compliance and lead remediation activities for data-related gaps.Investigate and assess data integrity issues (non-conformances) in compliance with GMP and regulatory standardsSupport and coordinate teams (e.g., Production, Engineering, Laboratories) in the area of compliance to ensure DI aspectsEnsure structured communication on requirements and troubleshooting to improve interaction between teams.Requirements: Completed degree in the field of Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and proven work experience in GMP-regulated environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with GDP and DIfluent English and basic German languageSounds interesting?
