We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled QA Engineer to join our team at TASKING. You will be responsible for monitoring, verifying, and continuously improving our quality assurance practices. By collaborating closely with engineering teams and participating in process assessments, you will help maintain high standards and drive ongoing improvements in both product and process quality. Your work will directly contribute to delivering robust solutions that meet our customers’ needs and industry standards.Responsibilities:Monitor performance of the processes by means of QA reviews Verify that work products conform to the requirements as defined Participate in Automotive SPICE (self) assessments Define and track product and process metrics to monitor software qualityParticipate in validation and verification activitiesMaintain documentation of processes, work instructions, templates, checklists and guidelines Guide the engineering teams in applying the defined processesActively work on continuous improvement of process and product qualityContribute to our Continuous QA way of workingQualifications:BS in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field Familiarity with quality assurance or process improvement standards Experience with the application of compilers and integrated software development environments Embedded C programming skills Knowledge of systems that are required to support the processes, such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, PolarionExperience in Unit, Integration and Qualification testing of embedded toolsTeam working skills Problem-solving behaviorWhat do we offer:You will work in an informal, international, professionally challenging workspace, with flexible working hours and a hybrid working environment to fit with your personal needs.
