QA Engineer (Manual Testing Focus, Automation Experience a Plus)

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong manual testing expertise to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of software testing principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.TasksPlan, execute, and document functional, UI, regression, cross-browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and cross-platform mobile testing (iOS & Android).Create and maintain clear, reproducible test cases and bug reports.Log, track, and verify defects in Jira, ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure testability.Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues.Contribute to QA process improvements and quality initiatives.(Optional) Assist with automated testing using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or SeleniumRequirementsStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Proven experience in manual functional, UI, regression, and mobile application testing.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows.Experience with Jira or similar bug-tracking systems.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.Preferred: Automation testing experience (TypeScript, Python, etc.) and knowledge of the home care domain.Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.English proficiency at B2/C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced) – capable of effective collaboration with global teams.A recent photograph must be included in your CV for your application to be processed.BenefitsA collaborative environment where quality is a shared priority.Opportunities for professional growth, including exposure to test automation.The chance to make a direct impact on products that improve lives.
