QA Engineer (Scripting, Auto)

About the RoleWe are looking for a QC Engineer (Automation) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software testing and from 1 year in Automation test, focusing 100% on automation.This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test plans and scripts to ensure system quality and performance.The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to be trained on the D365 system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to expand technical knowledge and domain expertise.Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using modern frameworks and tools.• Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners to ensure all business requirements are testable.• Participate in FAT, SAT, SIT, and UAT testing for both web and mobile applications.• Support validation of business processes during FAT execution and update documentation when needed.• Execute regression and smoke tests to ensure stability after deployments or upgrades.• Review project documentation to design complete and traceable test coverage.• Perform root cause analysis for defects and work closely with the team to ensure timely resolution.• Work collaboratively with the UK team to align testing strategy and ensure transparency on progress and risks.• Provide daily or weekly reports on automation progress and test results.• Participate actively in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience in Testing but from 1 year of exp in Automation Testing (required).• Strong practical experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.• Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).• Understanding of testing lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).• Good knowledge of web and mobile technologies.• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Good command of English (both spoken and written).• Experience with D365, HR, FinOps, CRM-Sales Hub, Field Service Supply Chain, Project Operation, or other SaaS platforms is a plus.• ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent is preferred. • Candidates without D365 experience are still welcome — training will be provided.Why Join Us• Work directly with international teams (UK, Romania, FR, Spain and Vietnam).• Receive D365 system training and exposure to enterprise-level automation environments.• Clear career growth path to Senior Automation Engineer or Test Lead.• Supportive, quality-focused, and collaborative team cultureAbout Our CompanySCC (Specialist Computer Centers) Ltd.8th Floor, Maple tree Business Center, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh Blvd, Dist.7, Ho Chi Minh CityWhy You'll Love Working Here• Competitive Remuneration• Performance Bonus and 13th Salary• UK/French Working Environment• Sick Leave paid by SCC.• SCC Health Care with comprehensive coverage including Accident 24/24, Inpatient,Outpatient, Dental Care and open policy for Dependents.• Annual Health Check.• Company Annual Trip and Year End Party.• Travel Insurance and Per Diem Allowance when travelling onsite
