Job Description: QA EngineerWe are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and great user experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and document manual test cases across our mobile and web applications. While automation experience is not required, a willingness to learn and collaborate with our automation team is highly valued.Responsibilities:Design, document, and execute manual test cases for:iOS and Android Mobile ApplicationsWeb applicationsBackend Services / APIsValidate new features against acceptance criteria and UX expectationsParticipate in sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions to assess test scope and quality risksPerform functional, regression, accessibility, and release validation testingLog and track defects; work closely with engineering teams for proper resolutionSupport UAT and partner/vendor integration testingPerform build verification and release readiness checksProvide clear test results, documentation, and feedback to stakeholdersContribute to improving QA processes and documentation(Optional) Assist automation team by helping identify automation candidates and preparing test scenariosRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience At least 3 years experience in software QA focusing on manual testingStrong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and release processesExperience writing and executing test plans and test casesHands-on experience testing iOS/Android mobile applications, web applications and backend services / REST APIsFamiliarity with bug & test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)Strong analytical mindset and attention to detailGood communication and collaboration skillsNice to HaveUnderstanding of basic automation concepts (Appium, Selenium, Postman, etc.)Exposure to CI/CD, device testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack)FinTech or payments domain experience
